Description
The Crookneck squash is found predominately in North America and prior to the arrival of the zucchini was the dominant summer squash grown. Crookneck type squashes are believed to be one of the oldest varieties of summer squash and documentation of them dates back to Colonial America. Yellow Crookneck squash is an easy to grow variety and thrives in full sun, warm weather and with fertile, well drained soil.
