When I was a young boy I was the fastest draw in town. Every young boy wanted to be another Roy Rogers or Gene Autry. Cap guns became especially popular when the heroes of cinema and television rode through the West ridding the territories of villains. Many cap guns were named after or endorsed by leading matinee idols like Roy Rogers, Gene Autry, Hopalong Cassidy, The Lone Ranger, Tonto, Dale Evans, Marshal Matt Dillon, or any of countless others.
Thank you for visiting our site. We have been married 58 years and are long time partners in our art as well as life. Most of the beautiful floral and butterfly images are from Carol's camera while most of the rest are from David's. The making of a photographic image requires more than the click of a shutter.In the days of film photography we spent many hours in the chemical darkroom to make the negative more than just a "picture". The current digital darkroom allows far more control and artistic development for the original digital file to come to life as art.You will find in our galleries realistic presentations, simulated paintings and outright digital abstracts.
